How to care for your bandana:

Hand wash or machine wash gentle cycle (up to 40 degrees Celsius). Hang dry. Do not tumble dry. Reshape whilst damp if needed. Can be ironed at cotton setting or low heat. Comes ready to wear.
Please note that due to the sensitivity to chemical products during chemotherapy, my fabrics are not prewashed before sewn in order to avoid any allergies.

I take care of all my packages within the deadlines listed on your order form. In no case can I be held responsible for problems related to transport (delay, damaged or lost package) for which La Poste (France) and the post service of your country is solely responsible.

Please contact La Poste on their help page (https://aide.laposte.fr/) with your tracking number for France. Or the post service of your country. If you don't know it, ask your postman.

Deadlines may be exceeded. If your parcel shows as delivered but it is not in your mailbox, ask your postman and your post office which serves your address.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I have put the wrong address into my Etsy account

You are responsible for the mailing address you provide on your Etsy account and on your order form. If a wrong postal address is indicated and you did not contact me before sending your order, no claim will be possible.

Name on the order form

Please put your first and last name on your order form. We all like to be called 'Teddy Bear' or 'Princess' but if the postman knows us as Mr/Mrs Smith, this information will not help the delivery. There might be the case that there are 5 Teddy Bears and 12 Princesses in the neighbourhood.
